Except its neither crazy nor surprising. Coe and shamefuly when London Mayor Ken LIvingstone, meekly follow every diktat the IOC issue to produce a Games of the sort that suits the IOC not anybody else. Decentralisation is just one response to this (I propose 5 New Rings, read the book for the rest) not to destroy the Olympics but to create a better Games for all.

The only obstacle to the attractive vision you paint is that none of the people who organise this corporate farce give a flying f*ck about the rest of the country.
