		<description><![CDATA[Thanks. Same goes for canoe slalom, North Wales has a natural course which has been used for World Championships. As for not using Badminton for 3-day evening and Bisley for shooting, crazier and crazier.

Except its neither crazy nor surprising. Coe and shamefuly when London Mayor Ken LIvingstone, meekly follow every diktat the IOC issue to produce a Games of the sort that suits the IOC not anybody else. Decentralisation is just one response to this (I propose 5 New Rings, read the book for the rest) not to destroy the Olympics but to create a better Games for all.
