Shortly after FCO papers released under sar stating I AM AUtomaTICALLY ITALIAN from marriage (a law obselete 11yrs before I married!) Italian government offices deny I am OBVIOUSLY! Non detered I am made to complete RIGHt to reside forms by DWP – under SAr REQUEST I ASK WHY AND FOR WHAT PERIOD I AM DEEMED TO FALL UNDER SUCH FORMS? SEVERAL MONTHS ON CASE STILL NOT CONCLUDED FOR DISCLOSURE AND ANSWER FRM DWP BY THE ICO! PROGRESS MATTER TO THE EURO COMMISSION – STILL AWAITING RESOLUTION UNDER EU CHARTER TO THIS CHAOS. PRODUCED BIRTH CERTF. BOTH PARENTS STILL LIVING! FATHER EX RAF MUM EX TELEPHONIST AT THE HOME OFFICE! LIVED 20 YRS OF SECOND MARRIAGE IN ONE BOROUGH AND TEN PRIOR IN FIRST MARRIAGE IN ANOTHER! 33YRS CONTRIBUTIONS INTO THE UK. NOW TEL ME THIS ISNT THE UKBA IMMIGRATION GONE MAD!
