I use to say the private groups who wanted to enter the NHS had to be kept out, sadly the Public sector and the Unions have to stand up and say the NHS is failing badly. I've a disability whether it serious enough to stay on benefits I will wait, I've had the WCA not looking to cleaver . But the one thing I did notice was the change from the caring hospital to the business hospital, nurses who cared, to nurses who had to keep an eye on the targets. Nurses who were more interested in the speed they got people out of the hospital through the door or it now seems legs first. I cannot say anymore if I still think the NHS should stay as it is, because it's failing the people it supposed to protect I’m not sure anymore the NHS needs to sort it self out, not only with nursing which is now totally changed, but management which is like always not to blame.
