When they renounce terrorism and radicalism throw them a bone, till then screw them. The UN is great at trying to tell the US how to spend money. I'd rather see it go to friends and allies rather than trying to bribe people who hate us. There are many Oil rich Arab countries and what do they do for their brothers? Absolutely zilch.
