Can we have some references for this please. Although it is an extremely worrying situation, without full information as to who this will effect and when these changes are likely to be fully implemented then this just serves to cause panic without providing the knowledge to understand and act.
I’m a Local authority tenant and have not been given any notification of these changes however I’ve noticed that forums are abuzz with people making huge decisions (i.e. to move or give up their tenancies) without having access to clear information.
