But you miss the point by a long way - The most powerful actor, Israel, couldn&#039;t care less about ending occupation, Gaza blockades, Palestinian refugees, settlements, UN resolutions etc . 

If you want to base talks on any of these things, well you wont even get Israel to the start line. Kerry&#039;s approach is trying to be pragmatic and at least it is getting something started. Dont get me wrong, I am doubtful of success, but even starting talks is a kind of success we havent seen for years.]]></description>
