Found some of your references topical. However couldn’t locate any cohesive comprehensive account of the state of the democratic case against the cuts. Looked for discussion of democracy but there isn’t any in your piece. Why is that?
Did you look closely at the behaviour of councillors in any particular Council? If so, what did you do and what in particular did you look at to come to any conclusion?
