The big question is, how much of the present government's 'Auterity' programme are the present Labour leadership going to commit themselves to reversing? At the Anti-Cuts demo in London last October Milliband was booed by a large section of the crowd that had gathered in Hyde Park to listen to his speech when the question of reversal was discussed. Under Blair and the shambles that Brown went on to create after he had eventually gone the process of public sector privatization begun under Thatcher continued unabated. Given the fact that the Millibands are on record as having gone to school with Boris Johnson of all people can we trust the next Labour government to deliver on any Anti-Austerity pledges whatsoever, or are we just going to get another dose of the same nasty medicine from a corrupt and self interested political class who created the need for this so called 'Austerity' drive to begin with?
